Elixirr

AI Transformation Partner. The frontier work, inside large organizations.

I lead AI transformation at Elixirr, a global consulting group. Elixirr acquired Responsum, the company I co-founded with Steve, in September 2023.

My work is helping large, complex organizations move from AI curiosity to real adoption. I'm less interested in making the current process a bit faster and much more interested in the harder question underneath it, which is how work, roles and systems should actually function when the technology keeps moving.

What I actually do

I sit between the people who set direction and the people who build. Executives and technologists. Vision and execution. What AI makes possible and what an organization can genuinely absorb.

In practice that looks like enterprise AI strategy, governance and responsible adoption, redesigning commercial and knowledge work rather than automating around its edges, building the platforms and agentic systems themselves, and running executive education for leadership teams who need to make decisions faster than their own comfort allows.

What I keep seeing

Most technology waves arrived finished. You bought a version, you implemented that version, and it held still long enough for you to build around it. That's over. The target moves every few weeks now, and the change programs designed for the old rhythm quietly stop working.

Ask an executive team two questions. How many major technology projects would you run in a normal year, before AI? The answer comes back at three to five. How many AI projects are running right now? Twenty, thirty, sometimes more.

Then everyone in the room does the math and there's a pause.

Organizations aren't built to absorb that. That gap is most of my job.
