PSBL

I get asked the same question everywhere I go. On stages, in boardrooms, on the golf course, and at kitchen tables. The words change but the question doesn't: what happens next?

Want the honest answer? I don't know. Nobody does. Anyone selling you certainty about the future, the hype or the doom, is selling you an educated guess at best.

But I've spent my whole life exploring the future. Building things before the market had a name for them, standing at the edge of whatever was arriving next. Not because I'm fearless. Because it's fun! Because somebody has to go look, and I'd rather it be someone who comes back and tells you what I find.

So here's what I've seen from out there.

Every breakthrough we've ever made opened two things at once: enormous opportunity and real danger. Fire. Farming. Print. Electricity. Now intelligence itself. And every time, the people who made it through weren't the ones who hid from the change, and they weren't the ones who charged in blind. They were the ones who looked at the whole messy thing, the promise and the threat together, and asked one question: okay, so what's possible now?

That question is wired into us. It's how we've survived everything so far. It's how we advance. The old myth says everything escaped Pandora's jar except one thing at the bottom. This was the thing. The refusal to stop imagining what could still be built.

That's what PSBL is. Possible. Possibility. My job here is simple to say and hard to do: live at the frontier so you don't have to face it alone, and translate what's coming into possibility. For your work, your family, your one life that happens to be running during the biggest transition our species has maybe ever attempted.

I'll show you what I'm seeing while it's still early. I'll speculate openly and tell you when I'm guessing. I'll be wrong sometimes, and when I am, you'll know, because that's the cost of being early and it's worth paying.

And if I do this right, you won't just watch the future arrive. You'll feel a spark. The one that makes you reinvent yourself before the world does it for you.

Because the future is not something that happens to us, it's something we get to create, and technology is one of the tools we have to shape it.

So join me as I share what I'm seeing, what I'm exploring, and what I'm learning.
