Speaking and media
AI keynote speaker for conferences, executive teams and boards. Where AI came from, where it's heading next, and what to do about it.
Where AI came from, where it's heading, and what to do about it.
I speak to conference audiences, executive teams and boards about AI: what's actually happening, where it's heading, and what it means for the people and organizations living through it.
I've spent my career going early to new technology, building with it, and coming back to make sense of it for everyone else, so the talks come from what I've seen and done rather than a vendor's slide deck.
Three talks, shaped to your room.
Where AI came from, and where it's heading next
The history of AI in one sitting, where we really are today, and the shifts coming next. For audiences who want to understand what's going on before they decide what to do about it.
Best for: Conference keynotes, company kickoffs and all-hands
From adoption to reorganization
How many of you have approved an AI budget in the last twelve months? Most hands go up. How many could say exactly what you got for it? Far fewer. That gap is what happens when a technology that keeps moving runs through change programs built for technology that held still. This talk is about what to do instead: stop adding AI to the old way of working, and reorganize around what's now possible.
Best for: Leadership teams, boards and industry conferences
The future of your industry
I paint the future for a specific industry, function or team: what's changing, what becomes possible, and where to place your bets. We shape it together beforehand, so the room spends the session thinking big about its own opportunities and leaves knowing where to start.
Best for: Executive offsites, leadership retreats and industry events
From the main stage to the boardroom.
- Keynotes: Conferences, company kickoffs and industry events. From 20 minutes to an hour, with live demos where they help.
- Executive sessions and board presentations: A focused briefing for leadership teams and boards who want an honest read on AI and their organization.
- Executive offsites: Half-day or full-day working sessions where a leadership team sets direction and picks its big bets.
- Panels and fireside chats: On AI, the future of work and technology change.
- Podcasts and interviews: I've hosted two series of my own, The Mandate and The Adam Experiment, and I'd love to be on the other side of the mic.
